Gina Centoni

Gina Centoni has a passion for turning clients’ visions into reality, taking them through the design and development process smoothly – timely delivery, high quality workmanship & building within budget are a few of her hallmarks.

She has over 20 years of design, management and delivery expertise, frequently across complex projects and customer requirements.  Through the design and development of her own residential properties, Gina has developed the skill to advise clients on design/development choices that preserve and extend their residential investments.

A native of the Bay Area, she especially enjoys restoring the local character of properties of all eras – Victorian to Mid-Century Modern.  Gina can provide design and development that include the latest in building technologies and code compliances, while maintaining the property’s original design and craftsmanship.

Mike Alioto

Mike Alioto, a third generation Bay Area artisan builder, began his career more than 25 years ago - inspired by his grandfather (a Golden Gate Bridge iron worker), Mike learned early on the art of old world and timeless craftsmanship.

At a young age Mike's career began building custom cabinetry, spiral stairs and customs homes. For a time he specialized in building a number of award winning bathrooms and kitchens for various design build firms.  Working with people from all walks of life he provides a path for owners to develop their dream homes and business, including creating a child's bedroom from their favorite storybook. These experiences launched Mike into designing and building projects of his own and for some of the more luminary residents of the Bay Area.

In recent years Mike has combined his building experience and artisan skill to develop a reputation for home restoration and development.  Combining philosophy and skills gained from artisans like his grandfather, Mike builds homes from foundation to roof - he brings clients state of the art design build solutions every time he creates.
